Your file
Upload a list. Scrub it.
Excel, CSV, TSV or text. Existing columns stay as they are.
Scrub options
Name, address, email and every other column are left untouched. A DNC Status column is added on the full download only.
Output
After the scrub you can download the full file with Clean/Bad status, clean only, or bad only.
DNC check & local lists
DNC check: checking…
DNC checks go through your team’s secure server. Only bare 10-digit phone numbers are sent; your files and every other column stay on this device. The lists below are kept on this device only.
Local suppression lists
Local lists are stored in this browser only.
Files to split
Big lists. Manageable packets.
Keep the record order and repeat the headers in every file.
Choose your packet size
Excel holds 1,048,575 rows per sheet, so a bigger Excel packet continues on extra sheets in the same workbook. Choose CSV to keep each packet on one sheet.
Each input file and Excel sheet is split separately. The final packet holds any remaining records. No cleaning, filtering or sorting is applied.
Files you already bought
Everything you received before. Every phone number across these files becomes the list today's file is checked against.
Yesterday's batch.
Add all ten files, or the whole folder they came in.
Today's file
The new file from your vendor. Its records are split into ones you already have and ones you do not.
Today's delivery.
Usually one file, but you can add several.
Your results
Lists to mix
Add two or more files. Every record goes into one result file in random order.
Many lists. One file.
Excel, CSV, TSV or text.
How to mix
Columns are matched by header name, ignoring capital letters and spaces. Duplicate phone numbers are always removed; rows without a phone number are kept.
Your mixed list
Files to sort
Each file is split into a Cell file and a Landline file. Your files stay on this device.
Cell or landline?
Excel, CSV, TSV or text.
How to sort
Uses the free NANPA number-block list (original carrier of each 1,000-number block). Numbers ported between cell and landline are not detected; VoIP and cable numbers count as landline. Your columns stay the same.
Your sorted lists
Your recent work
A workspace that feels like you.
Each section has its own palette. Choose a light or dark glass finish across your workspace.
Area code reference
Export the lookup table to review or maintain state assignments.
